Andrea White is a Master Certified Coach, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, and President of Financial Conversations®, a Business by Design company.

She works with individual and groups of financial advisors as they seek to incorporate coaching/life planning skills and practices into their work.

Andrea has been coaching for six years, and has 25 years of experience in sales and marketing.  Most recently, she was director of marketing and business development for a large accounting firm.

Andrea earned a B.A. in Social Welfare and an M.B.A., both from Arizona State University.  She brings extensive experience in working in the Phoenix area and the financial services industry.  Andrea is a member of Financial Planning Association of Greater Phoenix.  She is the project manager on a CFP(tm) Board of Examiners project to determine the "Antecedents of Trust in the Client-Planner Relationship." Dave LatshawDave C. Latshaw is a professional Co-Active Coach trained at at the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, California. 

He is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute of the Society for Human Resource Professionals.

David works with key executives and entrepreneurs who want to attain higher levels of achievement in their careers and for their organizations.  David has spent 28 years in local government, with 20 years as a chief executive/administrative officer. He has personally coached and mentored hundreds of managers and executives.

Kathie CanoKathie Cano is a Certified Professional Co-Active coach,  Financial Conversations® Coach and Occupational Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist.  Kathie coaches a wide variety of individuals to achieve grand dreams and be in "awe" of who they are in this world! 

Kathie works as a therapist, treating patients requiring the specialized skills of a Certified Hand Therapist. She also works as a coach, providing one-on-one coaching services, and offering Coaching Skills Training workshops to financial advisors.

Kathie earned a BS in Occupational Therapy at UWO, in London, ON, Canada. She earned her CHT and CPCC distinctions in Arizona.

Donna Krone, CPCC, CFP

Ms. Krone is a Certified Professional Coach, a Certified Financial Planner and owner of TLL Coaching and Consulting. After eighteen years of running a successful financial planning practice and now as a professional coach who is totally committed to the profession, she is thrilled to be able to bring these two worlds together. . "Both coaching and financial planning can bring so much to an individual's life. They make a beautiful marriage when integrated in just the right way!"

Donna has a unique blend of skill sets and is known for her compassionate yet challenging presence as a coach. She has advanced training in Relationship and Organizational Systems Coaching and is currently participating in CTI's (Coaches Training Institute) ten month leadership program. Donna is on the board of directors as treasurer for the Life Planning Network and is a member of the International Coach Federation. Donna Dobrovich is a Certified Professional Executive and Leadership Coach and a senior Financial Conversations® coach.

Donna works with both management personnel and financial advisors to support them in building powerful relationships and communication skills with clients, customers, colleagues and employees. Donna supports her clients in achieving their business- related and personal goals.  

Donna has been a certified coach since 1999, and has almost twenty years of experience in organizational development, leadership and team development. Prior to becoming a full time coach, Donna was a member of the executive team in a global telecommunications company.  

Donna has a B.A. in psychology from the University of Maryland and a Masters degree in Social Psychology from Arizona State University.  

Donna specializes in helping individuals and teams in many different industries develop strong partnerships and relationships with key people in their work and personal lives. The clients she works with, such as financial advisors, typically have strong content knowledge in their industry, and she partners with them to achieve even stronger relationship-building skills. Richard Haasnoot previously was a senior executive for 16 years at Procter & Gamble and then ten years at the Gallo Winery.   Today, Richard focuses on three major areas.  First, he is a writer with three management books published by major publishers.  His fourth book will be published next month via an innovative publishing model he invented.  Second, he provides one of the most powerful and innovative creative and inventing services for small to large businesses.  This proprietary process generates ten times the number of ideas compared to traditional brainstorming.  Third, he is an adjunct professor in the school of management at Arizona State University's west campus.  He teaches global management courses to upper level students. 


Debra Exner

is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and a Professional Certified Coach. After twenty years of running a successful computer training and consulting business and leadership roles in many community and professional organizations, Debra completed the Coaches Training Institute's certification program. She is also an Authorized Now What Facilitator. She is the VP of Membership for the Phoenix Chapter of the International Coach Federation and a mentor for the Arizona Small Business Association. Sherry Essig

With a 20-year track record working with individuals and companies to meet their goals, Sherry Essig takes a practical, real-world approach to helping her clients. Through her experience in marketing, strategy, finance and business management, and as a CPA and certified coach, Sherry offers a unique blend of analytics and intuition. As co-founder of Priority Ventures Group in 1994 and creator of the Bring Your Business To Life program, she has helped hundreds of people get the most out of their businesses and their lives. Alexandria HiltonAlexandria Hilton MA,CPCC is a Master Certified Coach and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. As president of Bellissima Consulting, she offers executive coaching and leadership development to organizations to develop and leverage their leadership talent, increase performance and maximize the return on investment made in employees. As a coaching and leadership development facilitator, she has developed courses and trained professionals from diverse industries including finance, telecommunications, high technology, health care, education, government and biotech. Alexandria has been coaching for six years and has over 25 years experience in education, leadership development and organizational change. As a Career Consultant at Drake Beam Morin, (DBM), Alexandria created and offered courses in all aspects of career change, including career management and development, change management and entrepreneurship. She has coached, advised and counseled CEOs, Senior Executives and Executive Directors through career transition and into new positions.

Alexandria earned a B.A. in English from California State University of Long Beach and a M.A. in Consciousness Studies from John F. Kennedy University .

As a faculty member at John F. Kennedy University , she teaches courses in the Coaching Certificate Program. She spearheaded this interdisciplinary program with other industry leaders and is serving on the curriculum development committee for this innovative graduate program. She earned her coaching certification from the Coaches Training Institute, (which is accredited by the International Coach Federation).
